How long do I need to wait before my product arrives?
Most products are shipped within one to two weeks of the order. There are however time when products may take longer due to international shipping times or sourcing delays. In this case we will endeavour to keep you informed on the status of your product. However if you are wondering please don’t hesitate to send us an email with the details of your purchase.
Does my product come with a warranty / guarantee?
All products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The details of this warranty can be found in your product manuals. If you suspect a manufacturing defect contact us immediately and we can review your concerns.
No warranty is provided for the installation of products where RVDSAFE ® installers have not been used. That said if a licensed electricians follow the installation guides there should be no issues.
Specific products may have additional warranty so its important that you consult the product manual.
Can the technology be used in other formats?
